Battery Pack Walk-in Composite Salt Fog Test Chamber Salt-Spray and Corrosion Tester

Relevant standard test requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.
1.2 Refer to GB/T2423.18 severe level (5) carry out four experimental cycles.
1.3 The salt solution is configured with sodium oxide (chemically pure, analytically pure) and distilled water or deionized water, and its concentration is (5±0.1)% (mass score) , (20±2)ºC. The PH value measured below is between 6.5 and 7.2.
1.4 Put the test object into the smoke box and spray salt mist at 5ºC~35ºC for 2h. After spraying, transfer the test object to the wet and hot tank for 20-22h. The temperature is
(40±2)ºC, the relative humidity is (93±3)%, forming a cycle. Repeat one cycle three times, and then test the standard atmospheric conditions (the temperature is 23ºC±2ºC. The relative humidity is 45%~55%) and stored for 3d, forming a cycle, and repeating four cycle tests.
1.5 Requirements: No leakage of the battery pack or system, cracked shell, fire and explosion phenomenon.
